All Aluminum Alloy Conductor (AAAC) is a high-strength, bare overhead conductor manufactured from concentric-lay-stranded aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy wires (typically 6201 series alloy). Offering an excellent balance of mechanical strength, electrical conductivity, and corrosion resistance, AAAC has become the preferred choice for modern overhead transmission and distribution lines where traditional ACSR or AAC conductors may fall short in performance or longevity.

Construction

AAAC conductors consist of bare, concentrically stranded aluminum alloy wires. The alloy composition provides higher tensile strength than pure aluminum while maintaining good electrical properties.
