Aluminum Alloy Wire (AAAC)

Aluminum Alloy Wire (commonly referred to as AAAC – All Aluminum Alloy Conductor) is a concentric-lay stranded bare conductor manufactured from high-strength aluminum-magnesium-silicon (Al-Mg-Si) alloys, primarily 6201-T81. Unlike conventional AAC (pure aluminum 1350-H19) or ACSR (aluminum conductor steel-reinforced), AAAC eliminates the steel core, delivering a homogeneous construction with outstanding corrosion resistance, improved strength-to-weight ratio, and better long-term reliability in harsh environments.
