100% Back-Twist Movement: Eliminates internal stress in conductors, ensuring excellent flexibility, roundness, and electrical performance.
Precision Constant Tension System: Magnetic hysteresis tension controllers with automatic bobbin diameter detection feed real-time data to the PLC, maintaining stable tension from full to empty bobbin.
Advanced Drive & Control: DC main motor with ground shaft or individual AC servo motors per cage section; MMI+PLC system for pre-setting stranding pitch, direction, automatic tension control, and full synchronization with traction and take-up.
Flexible Configurations: Supports up to 24 filling devices; compatible with loading-crane or loading-car for fast, safe bobbin handling.
Heavy-Duty Capacity: Large payoff (PN500/PND500) and take-up reels (up to PN2500), with maximum stranded conductor OD up to Φ50 mm.
